અરજી ફોર્મ, નિમણૂક માટેની લાયકાત અને શરતો જિલ્લા પુરવઠા અધિકારીશ્રી, પી.એમ.પોષણ યોજના શાખા, કલેકટર કચેરી, જિલ્લા સેવા સદન, કચ્છ-ભુજની કચેરીમાંથી મેળવી શકાશે.
તા. 23/08/2025 સુધીમાં અરજી રૂબરૂ, ઈ મેઈલ કે રજીસ્ટર પોસ્ટ એ.ડી.થી મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. નિયત સમયબાદ મળેલ અરજીઓ માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.
અરજી કરતાં પહેલાં ઉમેદવારે આ જગ્યાઓ માટેની આવશ્યક લાયકાત, વય મર્યાદા, અનુભવ, નિમણૂકનો પ્રકાર અને મહેનતાણાં અંગેની સુચનાઓ/માર્ગદર્શિકા અવશ્ય વાંચી લેવી.
અરજીમાં પોલીસ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફકિટ, શાળા છોડ્યાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, સ્વ-ઓળખ માટે પાનકાર્ડ/આધારકાર્ડ/પાસપોર્ટ/યુંટણી કાર્ડ તેમજ સરનામાના આધાર તરીકે આધાર કાર્ડ/ પાસપોર્ટ/ ચુંટણી ક ચુંટણી કાર્ડ રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે
